Add-ons

  • If wedding is further than a 1 hr drive from downtown Seattle, additional fees will apply.

  • We will arrive early to the venue to capture drone shots of the venue and surrounding area. We can also coordinate drone footage of the couple time permitting. We recommend most drone footage is captured prior to guests arriving. The drone can be loud and distracting so we do not use it during the ceremony.

    Additional fee of $200 applies except where included in Perfect Wedding Package.

  • Cost of ceremony edit varies based on length of ceremony.

    Ceremony edit is included in Special Moments and Perfect Wedding Packages.

  • Additional hours of coverage required can be added on to hours listed in each package in half-hour increments. Hours of coverage can be added up until the day before the wedding.

    The Perfect Wedding Package includes unlimited hours of coverage.

  • Wedding live streaming is available as an add-on to other packages.

  • A highlight video is a cinematic video telling the complete story of your wedding day in an artistic way. Our highlight videos always show the important moments from your wedding including the best moments of the vows, toasts, dancing, and any other significant moments that occurred throughout the day. We include audio from our interview with the bride and groom, the vows, the ceremony, toasts, etc as well royalty-free music to help us tell the story. The highlight video is a great way to share the day on social media, especially with family and friends who could not make it. See an examples of our highlight videos in our gallery.

  • The Special Moments Package & Perfect Wedding Package both have full-length edits in addition to the highlight video. The highlight video is a curated video including only the good stuff. In the highlight video, we use all of the pieces of the vows that help us tell the story, but we won’t include every moment of the ceremony. That’s what the full-length edits are for. The full-length edits allow you to watch back your entire ceremony as it happened from beginning to end with no artistic license—just cutting to different angles from each camera. These full-length videos allow you to watch back your ceremony, first dance, toasts, and any other significant moments that happened throughout the day as they truly happened.

    For example, each toast at a wedding is often about 5 minutes long. We will include maybe 20 best seconds of the toast in the highlight video, but a full-length edit will have the entire speech from the moment the person walks up to the microphone until they hug the bride and groom at the end.

  • All videos are sent using a link to a Vidflow gallery. Vidflow galleries are custom wedding galleries that allow the user to watch and share videos on their device or on their smart TV. The gallery allows you to download the videos to your device so that you can share the videos to your own social media pages and keep them on your personal devices to watch again and again.

  • We currently use royalty free music from Soundstripe in our highlight videos. We can not use copyrighted music in our highlight videos. If you would like to provide input on what songs we use, please let us know! Feel free to browse the music on Soundstripe’s website and let us know if there are any songs you enjoy. Some more popular music is also available on Musicbed.com. If you would like us to use a song that is available from Musicbed.com, we can include it from an additional fee.
